Pay & Scheduled:
- $20.00 Hourly
- 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
- Perform skilled fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks according to production drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a craftsman, fabricator, machinist, or similar skilled trade in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, tight tolerances, and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and quality control teams to resolve technical or quality-related issues.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Solid understanding of material properties (metal, wood, plastics, or composites—depending on industry).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quality-driven environment.
- Dedication to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Teachable attitude and desire to contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
