Key Responsibilities:
Operate within a cleanroom environment while strictly adhering to micro-contamination and safety protocols.
Perform precision assembly and heat-sealing of specialized cleanroom bags and packaging components.
Use handheld tools to assemble components and package clean parts for shipment according to precise customer specifications.
Clean parts using various techniques, including mechanical methods and chemical cleaning equipment.
Utilize and assist in the maintenance of processing equipment such as ultrasonic tanks, media blasters, and ovens.
Read and follow written work instructions, ensuring all procedures for bag fabrication and part processing are accurately documented.
Handle materials and equipment safely, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) like chemical-resistant gear and face shields.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, safety rules, and procedural manuals.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry.
Physical ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
A keen eye for detail to detect small defects in bags or products that may affect quality.
