Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related problems.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to facilitate equipment repairs and service requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, operating systems, and network components.
- Support workstation deployments, Windows upgrades, and hardware refresh initiatives.
- Participate in network installations, network equipment replacements, and infrastructure projects.
- Install, terminate, test, and maintain network cabling and connectivity components.
- Configure and support Local Area Network (LAN) environments and distributed systems.
- Manage user account configurations, group policies, file transfers, and workstation migrations.
- Support enterprise applications including email, internet access, and business-critical systems.
- Assist with system testing, software evaluations, and implementation of new technologies.
- Analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions.
- Coordinate hardware and software procurement activities and assist with technology planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for computer equipment, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Conduct annual technology asset inventories and update asset management records.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and technical reference guides.
- Provide formal and informal training to end users on hardware, software, and system functionality.
- Support ongoing technology initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and operational improvement projects.
- Perform additional technical support and field services duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support, desktop support, or field services experience.
