Reporting Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reporting Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
What You'll Do
- Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
- Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
- Help coordinate HR communications related to policy changes, trainings, and compliance reminders
- Support compliance efforts including reporting, audits, and data entry to ensure alignment with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Collaborate with HR Generalists and field leadership to support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Assist with HR forms, documents, and projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by leadership
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1 years of HR experience
- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
