What You'll Do
- Analyze complex requirements, develop compliance matrices, and manage the bid inbox to ensure every submission is strategically aligned and delivered on time
- Lead kickoff meetings
- Partner with Operations, Estimating, Contracts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and holding individuals accountable for critical milestones
- Develop polished and compelling final proposals utilizing software tools
- Maintain Sales Hub and Smartsheet data and status updates to support executive level reporting and provide total visibility into proposal pipeline
- Maintain proposal library to streamline future bids while identifying process improvements
- Bachelor's degree welcome but not required
- 1 years experience in proposal coordination, project manager or strategic administrative support
- Prior experience navigating fast paced environments
- Proven track record producing meticulous written work
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders

- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
- Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
