Tree Service Groundsman – Now Hiring Company: Lineage Tree Care LLC Location: [Monroe, Wa] Pay: $25–$37.50/hr (based on experience) Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Groundsman to join our tree crew. You’ll support climbers and crew leaders on job sites, drive chipper and chip truck to and from job sites, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: * Drag brush and feed the chipper * Assist climbers and crew leader on site * Operate chainsaws and basic equipment (training provided if needed) * Maintain clean and organized job sites * Follow all safety procedures * Drive chip truck and chipper combo to and from job sites Requirements: * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Ability to work outdoors in all weather * Physically capable (lifting, dragging, long days) * Valid driver’s license * Experience in tree work What We Offer: * Competitive pay with room to grow * Opportunity to become a climber * Steady, year-round work * Supportive team environment We look forward to hearing from you!
