Lindenmeyr Munroe, the leading provider of paper, packaging, wide-format, and facility solutions is hiring in Atlanta, Georgia. Lindenmeyr is a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated distributor who recently expanded into the Southeast. We are fortunate to represent the top paper, packaging, and wide-format manufacturers and are backed by Central National Gottesman who provides us with stability to make long-term investments to consistently support our suppliers and customers at an extremely high level.
The majority of our team relocated to represent Lindenmeyr Munroe in the new market and we have been on a rapid growth trajectory since we opened our doors in Georgia in September of 2024.
Position: Customer Service Representative
As a key team member, your role will involve:
- Working with our customer service, sales, warehouse, and operations team to help support customers
- Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and our ecom platform
- Order processing, tracking and resolving issues on Infor - M3
- Contribute ideas to enhance our best-in-class customer experience
Qualifications
- Industry experience (5 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team oriented mindset with desire to go the extra mile for our customers
- Proficient at Microsoft Office and a quick learner on new systems
- Previous experience with M3 and as a customer service representative role is a plus
