Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to help support customer relationship
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and our e-commerce platform
- Process, track and resolve customer orders and inquiries using Infor M3
- Contribute ideas and solutions that support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with desire to go the extra mile for our customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Prior experience in a customer service role and/or with Infor M3 is a plus
