Overview
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winder,
Georgia. This role supports daily customer needs, processes orders and warranty requests,
provides product information, and assists with minor accounting duties.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Provide clear and accurate information on products, orders, and timelines
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented communication style
Order & Warranty Processing
- Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle warranty requests and follow through until resolution
- Track order statuses and provide updates to customers
Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Administrative & Accounting Support
- Perform minor accounting-related tasks as assigned
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with general administrative support for customer accounts
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and dependable follow-through
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with NetSuite software
Familiarity with 20/20 and/or ProKitchen cabinet design software
Knowledge of cabinets or building products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting team needs
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
