In-Store Sales Associate

What you will enjoy doing*
You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments
Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
And you will provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations
What makes you great
You have a high school diploma / GED
You must be willing to obtain a Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement within 12 months of employment
More than one (1 ) year(s) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred
You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in this role
Further, you do not have a DUI / DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
Able to lift 50lbs
