Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about wellness items and recommend suitable products based on their needs
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product placement to maximize sales potential
- Upsell complementary wellness products to increase customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Handle retail store product knowledge inquiries confidently, providing accurate information about PEMF, benefits, and usage
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience, especially in retail health/wellness stores, is highly desirable. We offer commission on all sales.
- Supervising experience in a retail environment is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and cash drawer handling
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively
- Knowledge of retail operations or wellness product lines enhances your ability to succeed in this role
