What you will enjoy doing*
- You will lead the charge in identifying, qualifying, and securing first meetings through proactive, precision-driven prospecting strategies
- Expand Linde AMT’s influence in advanced technologies—laser surface treatments, laser welding solutions, release coatings/liners, and other high-performance coating services that redefine industry standards
- You will own the full commercial cycle, from opportunity development through proposal creation, strategic negotiation, and successful close
- Be the face of innovation, representing Linde AMT at industry events and conferences, identifying emerging applications, and amplifying market visibility
- Ignite growth by driving new customer acquisition across a defined industrial territory, targeting strategic accounts and high-value applications that shape the future of manufacturing
- Having a bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent industry experience highly valued
- You should have proven success as a true hunter, consistently driving new business and closing high-value deals in complex industrial B2B environments
- Strong technical aptitude, with a solid foundation in mechanical systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with advanced technologies, including laser processing, coating solutions, and engineered materials (preferred, but not required)
- Commercially sharp, bringing exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic selling mindset to every opportunity
- Ready to go the extra mile, with flexibility and willingness to travel 50% to engage customers, visit plants, and represent the brand at key events
