What you will enjoy doing*
- You will develop and draft job instructions for all manufacturing processes
- You will develop the processes for new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
- You will develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
- You will suggest and implement improvements to current manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
- You will communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met
- A bachelor's degree manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, materials, or related engineering field required
- Further, you must have 4 years of manufacturing plant or project engineering experience
- You are proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
- You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology
- You have effective communication and customer service skills
- Additionally, you have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
