About the RoleOur client is seeking a Creative Production Manager to oversee studio operations, coordinate resources, and drive process improvements that enable efficient and scalable production workflows. This role is central to managing the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, contingent/freelance talent, and external clients.As a client-facing leader, you will manage studio slot bookings, optimize resource allocation, and implement processes that maximize creative output and impact. You will serve as a key liaison between studio services and internal/external partners, ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a highly organized, client-focused production manager with proven expertise in studio operations, resource coordination, and process optimization. They thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing both in-house and freelance teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio OperationsOversee all aspects of studio management, ensuring smooth daily operations and a productive creative environment.Manage studio slot bookings, balancing client requirements, in-house resources, and contingent talent to optimize utilization.Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Client-Facing CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless studio experience.Lead task management, partner communications, and program coordination/tracking.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to align briefs with available resources and schedules.Drive client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering consistent, high-quality service.Resource ManagementCoordinate allocation of in-house and contingent talent, matching skills to projects for maximum impact.Partner with coordinators and freelance teams to manage handoffs and scheduling.Onboard new tools and vendors, with a focus on AI-driven solutions that enhance agility and scalability.Process Development & OptimizationDesign, implement, and refine studio processes, guidelines, and best practices.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across operations.Develop toolkits and resources to support production teams and align with strategic objectives.Reporting & CommunicationPrepare and deliver regular reports on studio utilization, slot bookings, and operational performance.Communicate updates and insights clearly to internal teams and clients.Minimum RequirementsDemonstrated experience in studio management, creative production, or similar operational roles.Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to optimize processes and manage complex schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.Experience coordinating resources across multiple sites or regions.Ability to design and implement effective operational processes in fast-paced environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with studio booking systems and production management tools.Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, and agency operations.Interest in emerging technologies and process innovation.Experience managing both in-house and freelance/contract resources.Why This RoleThis position is ideally suited for a strategic, results-driven production manager who thrives in client-facing, operationally focused environments.
