This team delivers operational excellence for emerging and high‑priority initiatives in close partnership with product, engineering, legal, and cross‑functional stakeholders.As a Technical Product Operations Specialist, you will lead initiatives that enhance product growth, engagement, and quality through data‑driven insights and technical tooling. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong technical acumen, product intuition, and the ability to independently build analytical solutions, leverage AI‑assisted workflows, and drive programmatic improvements through automation and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution strategies across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0‑to‑1 initiatives, accelerating program delivery, and improving product outcomes through technical and programmatic solutionsWrite, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data from various sources, identifying trends and insights that inform decision‑makingBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Unidash, Google Sheets) to communicate findings and support real‑time operational decisionsLeverage AI agents and AI‑assisted tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and prototype technical solutionsProactively identify program risks, develop data‑backed mitigation strategies, and communicate updates clearly across cross‑functional teamsProvide program management support by identifying opportunities, anticipating roadblocks through data analysis, strengthening cross‑functional alignment, and executing plans with technical rigorMinimum Qualifications8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management, with a focus on technical product operationsProficiency in SQL, including advanced query structures (CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations)Experience using AI agents and AI‑assisted workflows; comfortable prompting, iterating, and integrating AI tools into daily workExpert‑level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automated workflows, and detailed documentation)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal oversightStrong adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and domainsExcellent critical‑thinking skills with experience using data to anticipate issues, unblock challenges, and drive solutionsProven organizational and time‑management capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with VS Code or similar development environmentsFamiliarity with low‑code/no‑code tools or AI‑assisted code generationExperience building dashboards and data visualizations (Unidash, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure conceptsExperience collaborating with engineering teams on technical requirements and specificationsBackground in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflowsExperience developing and implementing manual and automated test strategies for products and featuresPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
