We are currently seeking an extraordinary Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality treatment and play a vital part in our patients' recovery journeys.
Schedule: PRN (As Needed). We offer flexible shifts during the week and on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Execute treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist and accurately document all interventions in the medical record.
- Education: Empower patients and their families by providing clear instructions on maintenance and home exercise programs.
- Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and care plans.
- Environment: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area.
- Current licensure in the State of Nebraska and/or national certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Completion of all educational requirements as established by the state of Nebraska.
- Current BLS certification (required at the time of hire).
