We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our growing team.
Schedule:
Full-time (80 hours per pay period). Monday – Friday, with specific shift hours to be discussed during the interview.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain and equipment readiness, ensuring our medical teams have exactly what they need to succeed. Key duties include:
- Inventory Control: Lead regular cycle counts and inventories to ensure supplies and equipment are accurately tracked and managed with fiscal responsibility.
- Equipment Onboarding: Receive, catalog, and distribute non-IT equipment, ensuring every piece is fully functional before entering service.
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and track required maintenance for all equipment, maintaining meticulous service records to ensure safety and compliance.

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience in equipment maintenance and physical inventory (preferred).
- Proficiency in data entry and computer-based record keeping (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
