Description:
This position is responsible for the leadership and supervision of project planning, deployment, and support of the technology infrastructure within the Lincoln Intermediate Unit (LIU) and as a service to the customers of the LIU. An ability to recognize the organization's needs, supervise technical staff, troubleshoot issues, provide cost-effective solutions, and provide outstanding customer service are skills paramount to the success of this individual.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Certifications in an industry-related field, preferred
Three years of experience within the technology support field, required.
Experience in enterprise-level networking engineering, systems administration, telephony, and cybersecurity protocols is required.
Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation are required.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly confidential at all times, with full access to all data in the organization.
Must be flexible to work on multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize and use time management techniques as necessary.
Must learn new skills, deal with constant change, work in small and large groups, and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
