Job Summary

Responsibility
- Collecting and scanning production reports.
- Identifying reoccurring time issues.
- Compile overtime hours and generate OT reports by department.
- Maintain cross training and skills matrix for the Foundrymen levels I, II, III and Inspector levels I and II.
- Assist in critical spare part inventory control and monitoring.
- Collect, compile, and submit supervisor overtime hours to payroll.
- Assist Superintendents on scheduling weekend overtime coverage on the shutdown plan spreadsheets.
- Assist Operation Manager in any other projects or duties assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office products.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
