Growing New York City real estate law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to take on a central role in its leasing and transactional practice.


This is not a support position. The role is designed for an attorney who is already handling leasing work and is ready to step into greater ownership, client interaction, and long-term growth within a boutique platform.


What You Will Handle

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Advising clients on deal structure, risk, and key economic terms
  • Managing transactions from initial draft through execution
  • Serving as a direct point of contact for clients
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s leasing practice

Ideal Background

  • 5–10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

  • New York bar admission required


Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ($200,000–$400,000)
  • Opportunity for increased earnings tied to production and growth

  • New York City (in-office with flexibility over time)
