What You Will Handle
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
- Advising clients on deal structure, risk, and key economic terms
- Managing transactions from initial draft through execution
- Serving as a direct point of contact for clients
- Contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s leasing practice
