Assistant Property Manager – Residential & Mixed-Use Portfolio

A boutique property management firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) to support a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, follows through, and wants to be a reliable right hand to senior property managers.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way — not just getting them done.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for tenants and residents across a portfolio of 15–20 properties
- Support Property Managers with day-to-day operations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and communications
- Assist with compliance, lease administration, and regulatory requirements across multiple asset types
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and building documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and building staff to ensure issues are addressed promptly and properly
- Draft and distribute tenant communications, notices, and internal reports
- Support basic financial functions, including invoice processing and expense tracking

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience
