The Opportunity
We are looking for established or aspiring cleaning professionals to partner with our brand. For those who demonstrate exceptional reliability and quality, there are opportunities to act as a Lead Contractor, helping coordinate larger projects and multi-person service calls.
Requirements for Partnership
- Equipment & Transport: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to service locations.
- Business Status: Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099).
- Reliability: Proven ability to meet service deadlines and maintain proactive communication.
- Skillset: Ability to handle high-traffic environments and pet-friendly homes efficiently.
- Service Area: Must be able to provide services in the Antioch, IL, or Kenosha, WI regions.
Scope of Work
- Provide professional cleaning services based on client-specific needs.
- Ensure all work meets the brand's quality standards for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain independence in managing your own cleaning methods while staying within the general scope of the requested service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
