The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaning Professional (W2 Employee). Requirements
- Driver’s License & Transportation: A valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle are required to commute to job sites in Antioch, IL and Kenosha, WI.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and excellent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of fast-paced professional cleaning, including navigating pet-friendly homes.
- Mindset: A true team player who is open to feedback and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough, high-quality residential and commercial cleaning according to our company checklists.
- Safely handle and maintain company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with the office manager and clients.
- Work efficiently both independently and alongside team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
