Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist
Lighthouse Youth Center at Paint Creek is seeking licensed mental health therapists to work with our resilient and creative young men to assist them in reducing barriers and learning new skills to be healthier individuals. By reducing their mental health risks and increasing skills they can become the best version of themselves and be contributing members of their own communities.

LSW or LPC Starting Range: $26 to $31 an hour
LISW or LPCC Starting Range: $30 to $36 an hour
$5,000 Sign on Bonus!
Essential Functions:
- Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized service programs.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth.
- Provide advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic clinical team with other professionals.
- Learn and implement best practice interventions specific to our population.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
- Professional licensure in State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling or closely related field.
- Professional independent licensure in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker or Counselor.
- At least one year of professional social service experience.
