The Role (aka Your Next Adventure)

You’ll be the kind of person who’s fired up by a good challenge — not afraid to make cold calls, solve real-world problems, and build something of your own from the ground up. Around here, we don’t micromanage. We give you the tools, the vibe, and the runway — then let you take off.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll actually do:

• Chat with businesses who need help getting their freight from A to B (and C, D, etc.)
• Build and grow your own book of business like a boss
• Negotiate deals with shippers and carriers (think sales meets strategy)
• Keep your freight moving 24/7/365 and manage the chaos like a pro
• Communicate like a legend – clear, fast, honest, and real
