Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Commission 

First-Year Earnings Potential: $50,000 - $55,000 based on performance 

PTO: 10 Days Paid Time Off

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing business clients
• Identify customer challenges and provide transportation and logistics solutions
• Prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities
• Negotiate rates, services, and contracts with customers
• Manage accounts while continuing to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals

Comprehensive Training Program

Freight Operations Bootcamp

Learn how freight moves across the country, including equipment types, lanes, dispatching, and the day-to-day logistics process.

Operations Immersion

Spend your first several weeks alongside our operations and account management teams to gain firsthand experience and industry knowledge.

Sales Development

Master Legion's proven sales process, prospecting strategies, objection handling, negotiation techniques, and account growth methods using real opportunities and live coaching.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• 1 year of sales experience
• 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
