Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls and schedule service appointments with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Perform data entry, filing, and customer records maintenance with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with social media/website updates in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling, data entry and filing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in all tasks
