Position Summary
The Project Support Clerk supports the Project Managers and Field Personnel to perform day-to-day clerical functions required to manage jobsite operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, copying, printing, entering data, scheduling meetings, making reservations and making phone calls
- Assist with Quality Control/Turnover activities
- Sign in new hires
- Helping to organize and submit time sheets for Payroll
- Complete weekly Apprentice Reports
- Participate in meetings
- Document questions and concerns discussed during meetings
- Update lists and tables
- Keep job trailer organized and clean
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Work Experience
Required:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience working for a construction company, preferred
Education:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Google Docs/Google Drive is a plus
- Experience in Bluebeam preferred
- PlanGrid experience preferred
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, exceptional ability to follow through
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to:
- Professionally interact with vendors and customers
- Work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
- Take direction from multiple sources
- Work as part of a team or independently

Travel Requirements:
- This position is located on a jobsite. Travel is primarily local during the business day.
