Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Project Support-Helpdesk to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Richmond, Virginia.
Core Responsibilities
- Creating, modifying, and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across the organization
- Troubleshoot provisioning errors, working on various access cleanup projects, cross training within the team
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 1 years of professional experience required
- Ability to communicate and follow up with stakeholders
- Need to be able to work from a quiet spot at home, professional background
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Familiar with Slack
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment

Work Environment
- Location: Richmond, Virginia
- Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday through Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
