An established accounting firm in Bellmore is hiring an experienced accountant. Position is full time, with extended hours during tax season. This has a great potential for growth.Responsibilities will include: preparation of individual tax returns, payroll tax, sales tax, and corporate tax returns. Along with general bookkeeping such as write ups and closing entries.Requirements:1. Tax preparation experience both individual and corporate2. Payroll Tax and Sales Tax preparation experience3. Ultra Tax software experience a plus4. QuickBooks experience5. Responsible and dependable6. Able to work Saturdays during the tax seasonYou must have the ability to directly handle clients and complete assignments on a timely basis.A minimum of 2 years public accounting experience is required.Please include your salary requirements to be considered.
