WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PARTS SPECIALIST

• High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Confident in navigating Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications include forklift parts experience, mechanical knowledge, and two (2) years of experience in the material handling field. We're looking for someone dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering accuracy and efficiency in every task.

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PARTS SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this Parts Specialist role, you are the connection between need and solution. Your day begins by reviewing incoming parts orders-some placed in person, others over the phone or electronically-and quickly prioritizing them. You work closely with Service Technicians and customers, asking the right questions to ensure the correct parts are selected for maintenance and repairs. Throughout the day, you toggle between systems and supplier portals to track availability, pricing, and specifications. Communication is constant; you provide updates, confirm details, and ensure every order moves forward smoothly. By the end of the day, you've not only fulfilled orders but kept operations running seamlessly through your accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.
