Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Community-Based Services, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed behavioral health services in community settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using a recovery-oriented, relationship-focused approach
- Serve as a primary case holder: conduct assessments, diagnose, develop and review treatment plans, and coordinate care
- Provide crisis intervention, referrals, and collaborate with community partners and service agencies
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups (e.g., parenting skills, anger management, independent living)
- Use evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Infant Mental Health
- Participate in trainings and maintain consistent, reliable attendance
