Do you have a passion for helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) reach their full potential? LifeWays is seeking a BCBA or BCBAD to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed behavioral health services. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with families, providers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost-effective care that aligns with LifeWays’ mission and values.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive autism evaluations using standardized tools to assess communication, social interaction, play, and behaviors.
- Establish diagnoses, recommend treatment, and design individualized behavior and positive support plans.
- Review authorizations, levels of care, and treatment progress for Medicaid-funded services.
- Complete functional behavior assessments, monitor treatment plans, and support appeals or grievance processes as needed.
- Communicate with providers, participate in peer reviews, and collaborate on interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Work a flexible schedule, including at least two evenings per week.
