The Linden Center is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing clinical team. We specialize in play-based, center-based ABA therapy for young children ages 2–8 in a collaborative, preschool-style environment.

Our lower caseloads and manageable billable expectations are designed to give BCBAs the time needed to provide high-quality clinical oversight without feeling stretched across too many clients. What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at The Linden Center, you’ll oversee an individualized caseload of young children on the autism spectrum while working closely with behavior technicians, families, and our clinical leadership team.
You’ll conduct assessments, develop and update individualized treatment plans, analyze client progress, supervise and train behavior technicians, oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming, conduct caregiver meetings and training, and collaborate with other professionals involved in each child’s care.
Because our BCBAs work directly within the center alongside their clients and technician teams, you’ll have opportunities for hands-on supervision and collaboration throughout the day.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a BCBA who values compassionate, individualized care and enjoys working with young children in a play-based environment. - Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Michigan licensure
- Experience with young children, center-based ABA, and naturalistic or play-based treatment approaches is preferred.
