We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (UKG Systems Lead) to take ownership of our UKG HRIS platform, which supports 12 modules across recruiting, benefits, performance, timekeeping, attendance, GPTW, employee voice, document management, advanced scheduling, payroll, and more. About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for UKG HRIS at Lifetime Assistance, responsible for daily operations, system security, user permissions, and reporting. You’ll also play a key part in implementing new modules, improving processes, and building advanced reporting and dashboards in Power BI that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
This position is ideal for a skilled HRIS professional who’s ready to step into a leadership-track role with significant scope and visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations and performance of the UKG HRIS platform (12 modules).
- Create and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards in Power BI.
- Partner with HR, Finance, operations, and payroll, to implement new modules and functionality.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, permissions, and security.
- Support compliance with HR regulations and data security standards.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to HR team members and end users.
- Collaborate with UKG and external vendors on system support and enhancements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and automation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience, with UKG expertise strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing or supporting multiple HRIS modules.
- Strong technical skills in HR data, integrations, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or other advanced reporting tools).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- A passion for using technology to improve employee experience.
