Our client, a best-in-class company based in NYC, is seeking an accomplished attorney who is looking to utilize their skills in a non-legal research analyst role. Leveraged finance expertise is ideal. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting sophisticated analyses and preparing essential research for a global and varied mix of institutions
- Writing a variety of key reports and research, ranging from foundational materials to targeted and bespoke analyses of key transactions and evolving market events
- Providing trusted expertise and clarity to clients
Qualifications:
- Accomplished attorney with 5 years of corporate lending / lender-side finance experience at a top law firm; leveraged finance experience is strongly preferred
- Substantial knowledge of corporate lending / leveraged finance and experience handling documents from drafting to negotiation
- An ability to break down complex ideas and issues into clear, concise, and sophisticated summaries for varied audiences
- Admitted and in good standing with the NY bar
