About The Team:
The Senior HR Generalist serves as the primary HR point of contact at our Union office, working closely with a highly collaborative, supportive HR team. We’re a group of driven, creative professionals who combine high performance with a positive, team-oriented culture.
Requirements
Employee Relations Champion:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace culture.
- Maintain HR documentation, support performance management processes, and coach leaders on effective feedback and documentation.
Drive Performance & Culture:
- Strengthen accountability, transparency, and manager effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and aligned performance processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Provide insight and guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, team dynamics, and leadership development.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, bringing LifeStation’s values to life and fostering a highly engaged workforce.
HR Program Leadership:
- Localize and embed key HR programs (e.g., engagement, performance, compensation) in partnership with the HR Operations Team, ensuring they are applied consistently and with business relevance.
- Lead new hire onboarding, support site engagement plans, and coach managers and employees to strengthen workplace effectiveness.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience supporting employees and coaching leaders/teams.
- Proven success in talent management, employee relations, coaching, engagement, and organizational development.
- Experience leading change management processes and coaching across all organizational levels.
- Strong HR competencies: Business Acumen, Change Management, Strategic Positioner, HR Innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
