We're looking for an exceptional
B2B Senior Strategic Account Manager
to join our Partner Services Team and own the success of our most valuable, high-impact accounts.

Your Strategic Role: Driving Growth and Impact

This is a
high-visibility, strategic role
central to LifeStation's B2B growth. You won't just manage transactions; you will
cultivate deep partnerships
and act as a crucial link between our partners and our internal leadership.

What You'll Deliver:

  • Strategic Partnership Ownership:
    Serve as the
    ultimate business owner
    for a portfolio of key B2B accounts. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, leading executive-level communication and ensuring partner success aligns with LifeStation's growth objectives.
  • Performance Optimization & Strategy:
    Move beyond basic reporting.
    Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
    , identify macro-trends, and
    proactively develop and implement strategies
    to maximize adoption, address structural challenges, and drive superior outcomes for both the partner and LifeStation.
  • High-Level Operational Command:
    Act as the
    cross-functional project leader
    , orchestrating seamless collaboration across Sales, Partner Operations, Product, and Technology teams to resolve major issues and advocate for product enhancements based on partner needs.
  • Scale & Enablement:
    Drive the advanced adoption and utilization of our
    LifeStation Partner Portal
    and tools, leading high-impact training sessions and ensuring our partners can effectively scale their programs.
  • White-Glove Service & Advocacy:
    Deliver an
    exceptional, proactive service experience
    that anticipates partner needs, manages complex expectations, and solidifies LifeStation's reputation as the gold standard in partner support.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • 7 years of demonstrable success in Senior Account Management or Customer Success,
    specifically within a B2B,
    healthcare, or technology setting.
  • Experience managing large MCO, PACE, or governmental accounts is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
    —the ability to not just report data, but to derive actionable business insights from it.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • A track record of managing multiple complex projects
    simultaneously in a high-speed environment with minimal supervision.
  • A highly
    proactive, solution-oriented mindset
    focused on building resilient, long-term partnerships.
