What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Donor Outreach Specialist position at LIFESHARE BLOOD CENTER?
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to utilize a telephone and computer to retrieve or record donor information
- Clear speaking voice and effective verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Must be self-motivated to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must demonstrate a positive approach toward donors and team members, acting in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of Company and donor information
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is generally performed in an office setting
- Must be able to perform duties which require sitting at desk or workstation for long periods of time, talking on the telephone and using computer to retrieve or input data
- Must be able to work flexible hours
