Job Summary
The Fund Development/Marketing Director is responsible for securing financial resources through sponsorships, grants, appeals, fee-for-service opportunities, and other revenue-generating initiatives to support and expand the organization's programs and services. In addition, this position manages and enhances the organization's brand, overseeing all marketing and communication efforts to increase public awareness, strengthen funder relationships, and broaden the organization's base of support. This position ensures program efficiency, adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and agency policies, and the consistent delivery of high-quality services. The Fund Development/Marketing Director provides leadership and oversight to Retired Senior Volunteer Program (SRSVP) program manager.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in non-profit marketing and development required.
- Master's degree or Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role
