Job Purpose:
- This position supports the Development team through coordination of Development Services activities, donor engagement support, event logistics, and Development related marketing and communications connected to fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Development Services and Donor Engagement Support to ensure smooth operations and positive donor experiences.
- Help with Appeals by coordinating and supporting fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage Database Management and Development Operations to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Provide Marketing and Communications Support with a focus on Development, helping to craft messages and materials that boost fundraising efforts.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in nonprofit management, business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in fundraising, communications, marketing, public relations, or customer engagement.
Required Experience:
- Experience in administrative or office coordination
- Proven accuracy in data entry
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Experience in professional communication, both verbal and written
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum one year of related experience in fundraising, communications, marketing, public relations, or customer engagement
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with DonorPerfect preferred
Salary : $46,000 - $60,000
