Pipeline Theory is hiring a Marketing Events Associate.

At Pipeline Theory, our campaigns live in the real world — not in dashboards or decks. We build and deliver events and activations that put our clients' brands in front of the right people at the right time, and we're looking for a Marketing Events Associate to help us do that across Columbus and beyond.
This is a full-time role that suits someone who's energetic, people-oriented, and ready to throw themselves into a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided — we're more interested in who you are than what's already on your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll play an active role in the planning and execution of marketing events for our clients — from the groundwork before launch to the delivery on the day. You'll learn how campaigns are structured, how events are coordinated, and how results get communicated back to clients. Along the way you'll also be out representing brands in the field, so confidence and professionalism go a long way here.
↳ Coordinating and supporting the delivery of client marketing events
↳ Helping manage event logistics — timelines, venues, materials, and team prep
↳ Representing client brands on the ground with energy and professionalism
↳ Monitoring campaign activity and contributing to performance updates
↳ Working closely with the wider team to keep campaigns on track and on brief
↳ Building knowledge of event marketing, brand strategy, and client management over time
