Sales Marketing Assistant

Pipeline Theory is a marketing and campaigns agency based in Columbus, OH. We work with ambitious clients to build campaigns that connect brands with real people — and we're growing.

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the team full time. This is an entry-level position with full training provided. Experience in sales or marketing isn't required — what matters is that you're driven, personable, and serious about building a career.

THE ROLE

You'll be embedded in live campaigns from day one, learning how we plan, launch, and deliver results for clients across the region. Part of the role involves getting out in the field and engaging with consumers directly — so being confident around people is important. Beyond that, you'll be picking up the broader skills that make a great marketer and sales professional: strategy, communication, performance tracking, and client understanding.

DAY TO DAY:

↳ Supporting the planning and delivery of client campaigns

↳ Getting in front of consumers and communicating brand messages with confidence

↳ Contributing to performance tracking and campaign reporting

↳ Collaborating with a close team to hit weekly and monthly targets

↳ Developing your knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development as you go
