Job Duties
Answer phone, receive messages for staff.
Relate to clients, staff and public in a friendly/cooperative manner.
Assist medical records clerks with duties as assigned.
Unlock doors at 8:00 a.m., open phone lines, lock doors at 5:00 p.m. and set phones.
Treat individuals receiving services, family members, staff, volunteers, visitors, government agencies, and the general public with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in dealing with the public with good social skills
Knowledge of general computer usage and basic typing (keyboard) skills
Valid Mississippi Driver's License
