Job Duties:
- Answer phone, receive messages for staff.
- Relate to clients, staff and public in a friendly/cooperative manner.
- Assist medical records clerks with duties as assigned.
- Unlock doors at 8:00 a.m., open phone lines, lock doors at 5:00 p.m. and set phones.
- Treat individuals receiving services, family members, staff, volunteers, visitors, government agencies, and the general public with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in dealing with the public with good social skills
- Knowledge of general computer usage and basic typing (keyboard) skills
- Valid Mississippi Driver’s License
