You, our Ideal Candidate

The Marketing Project Manager will lead and deliver projects with a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are accurate, factual, and meet brand guidelines. This position requires regular communication with cross-functional teams to share updates and ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Project management to entail internal communications, marketing strategy, content creation and management, budget and invoice tracking, proof reading and reporting. Marketing deliverables include but are not limited to print and digital advertising, internal and external communications, content marketing, campaign management, budget and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple concurrent and complex project schedules to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule.
• Run effective meetings and manage communications across stakeholders and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to proofread content, press releases, and reports for grammar, style, and factual accuracy.
• Align departmental initiatives with operational goals to properly prioritize projects.
• Drive project-related change management; analyze areas of inefficiency and recommend improvements to established business processes
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Previous experience (2-4 years) in marketing or related field preferred.
• Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs.
• Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated communication and copywriting ability and excellent English/grammar skills.
• Understanding of digital technologies, their use and metrics.
• Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferred.
• Knowledge of branding concepts.
• Valid Driver’s License.
