You are observant, proactive, and take pride in keeping others safe. You work well independently and understand the importance of detailed safety protocols and clear communication. You’re dependable, calm under pressure, and always ready to support the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus
• Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed
• Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment
• Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems
• Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
