Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent who align with our company’s values of exceptional service and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with leadership to support and drive the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Recruitment & Acquisition
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent aligned with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
2. Talent Management
Design and implement programs that foster an employee-focused culture, supporting engagement, development, and retention.
3. Employee Relations & Customer Service
Provide exceptional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders by building strong relationships and addressing concerns in a proactive, professional manner.
4. HR Operations
Assist with HR functions including benefits administration, tracking employee certifications / badges, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Strategic Planning
Partner with the President to develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
6. Data Analysis
Collect, analyze, and report HR data to support informed decision-making and improve organizational performance.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while identifying and mitigating potential organizational risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (required)
- SHRM certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Experience with benefits administration, tracking employee certifications, and employment law compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving business results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems (time-off tracking, performance management software)
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently, and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust-building ability
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of executive or senior-level management experience preferred
