6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

8:00 a.m-5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls providing information and assistance
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services
  • Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution
  • Communicate in a professional and positive manner

EDUCATION

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • College degree is a plus
