Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Punctuality and excellent attendance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls providing information and assistance
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services
- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution
- Communicate in a professional and positive manner
EDUCATION
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- College degree is a plus
