What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Technical Support position at Life Alert Emergency Response, Inc.?
We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Customer Technical Support department. In this role, you’ll assist our members with light technical issues—no advanced technical experience required. We welcome candidates with or without a technical background who are eager to help and learn.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
